I'm a Product Designer who specializes in untangling complex, regulated systems and turning them into experiences that actually work for people. I’m a firm believer that no one should be barred from accessing the support they need due to a poorly designed system.
My work blends research, systems thinking, and interaction design to help teams navigate constraints and build solutions that make it easier for real people to reach their goals. I'm at my best when defining fuzzy problem spaces and thinking across multiple touchpoints: how systems, workflows, and people connect rather than focusing only on what's on a single screen.
I've designed case management systems, compliance tools, payment portals, and AI products for federal agencies. My background is in government, but the skills transfer anywhere complexity, compliance, or organizational change is involved.
